Why:
Heather in bloom is one of the most beautiful things to witness. A purple see of beauty is shaping the landscape and when you are early enoughthe rising sun wil make it glow. Also, if you are not early enough you will be surrounded by many, many others enjoying the scenery. Being an early bird never pays off more than the end of August. Peaceful hours on a long walk while you are quite ahead of others, the childeren not being able to withold their joy and the adults blabbering away. In the quiet hours you may witness deer or other animals grazing the grass away between the trees surrounding the fields.
